Description:
The Office of the International Labor Organization (ILO) for Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic invites qualified consultants to present their application for the preparation of a strategic proposal for the labor sector on the formalization of the economy in Costa Rica. Rica.The purpose of the consultancy is to support the Costa Rican union centers in the formulation of a comprehensive technical proposal that strengthens the contribution of the union movement in the design of a new National Strategy for the Transition to the Formal Economy (ENTEF). This The initiative is part of the project "Improving the integrated framework of public policies to facilitate the transition from the informal to the formal economy, with a gender focus and promotion of fair transitions towards decent work", implemented by the ILO. The work will include the review of studies, diagnoses and recent experiences in terms of formalization, the analysis of the regulatory framework and public policies, and the design of a proposal structured into axes, objectives, actions and an implementation plan. Likewise, the consultant must facilitate validation processes with union organizations and prepare final products in accordance with ILO technical guidelines.
