Contract for the Development of a training program in work environment, safety and health at work from a gender perspective for the banana sector in Costa Rica. Project Compliance with Fundamental Rights at Work in Costa Rich. Dear bidder, The International Labor Office ILO is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: Accompany the design and execution process of a training aimed at supervisors and workers in the banana sector in Costa Rica, within the framework of the agreements of the Tripartite Dialogue Table of the Banana Sector, with the aim of strengthening capacities in the work environment, equality and non- discrimination, and health and safety at work from a gender perspective. The consultancy will include support in the methodological design, the development of materials, the facilitation of four face-to-face training sessions (two for supervisors and two for working people) and the systematization of the results, ensuring that the contents and tools are installed in the MTSS for future use and replication.
