Dear bidder, the International Labor Office (ILO) Look for a person to do a job as an external collaborator. participatory, the new gender equality policy of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTSS) of Costa Rica and its corresponding Plan of action. The work will include the review of key supplies, the methodological design of the process, the facilitation of consultation spaces with institutional and social actors, as well as the elaboration of a draft and a final version of the institutional policy. The final document must include Strategic objectives, thematic axes, lines of action, monitoring mechanisms and guiding principles, based on the decent work principles from a gender approach.
