Description:
Dear bidder, The International Labor Office ILO is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The consultancy aims to provide technical assistance to the National Inspection Directorate (DNI) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for the design of two strategic planning instruments: (i) a Sectoral Inspection Plan aimed at reducing informality in the construction sector and (ii) an Inspection Plan for the specialized gender team. The work will be carried out in accordance with ILO guidelines for strategic compliance planning, ensuring an evidence-based approach, risk prioritization, definition of measurable objectives, identification of coherent interventions and establishment of monitoring indicators. The consultant will carry out analysis of information from primary sources of the inspection and relevant secondary sources, It will methodologically accompany the sectoral planning workshop scheduled for the end of March and will systematize the inputs generated during the participatory process. The final product will consist of the preparation and delivery of consolidated documents of both plans, aligned with the Labor Inspection Improvement Plan and with the strategic priorities of the MTSS for the year 2026.
