External Collaborator Call - Review of Occupational Profiles for the Fixing the Minimum Sector of the Private Sector from a gender approach - Proper Setting Project
Dear bidder, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to perform a job as an external collaborator. Occupational for the setting of minimum salaries of the private sector, agreed by the National Salary Council, adequately incorporate and Gender approach. Specific objectives • Analyze whether the distribution of working people in the economic activities of the Costa Rican private sector, based on a disaggregation by sex and occupation, show some degree of adverse impact or discrimination, which may be associated with the occupational profiles agreed by the CNS for the fixation of the minimum wages • Identify to what extent the writing of the occupational profiles agreed by the CNS for the fixation of the minimum wages adequately incorporates a gender perspective adequately • Design a methodological guide which facilitates the MSS Minimum Department of MTSS the elaboration of classification and assessment research with a gender approach.
