Dear Bidder, the International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out a job as an external collaborator. Technical assistance for the elaboration of comments to the report on the application of Convention 189 of the ILO in Costa Rica. The International Labor Organization (ILO) invites you to present applications to provide technical and legal assistance to the organizations of remunerated domestic workers of Costa Rica, in order to prepare a document of legal and technical observations on the application of Convention No. 189 of the ILO in the country. The work It is part of the "Improved Public Policy Framework to facilitate the transit of the informal economy to the formal economy", with a gender approach and fair transitions towards decent work. The consulting person will be responsible for national and international regulations, Review previous reports, facilitate consultation processes with workers' organizations, and write a comment document based on legal, technical and testimonial evidence.
